Terms and Conditions

1.       UpCountryContractors.com and UpCountryDesigns.net will not post any ad that references race, gender, religion, ethnicity, nationality,disabilities, pornographic materials, or illegal activities.

2.       UpCountry reserves the right to decline any advertisement that is not in compliance with our advertising policies, or that does not align with our standards.

3.       Ads are subject to cancellation by UpCountry at anytime without a refund if they are found to not comply with our terms and conditions.

4.       Ads will run for the chosen time from the Effective Start date.

5.       Payment is required prior to the ad being posted.

6.       Please allow 14 to 21 working days for ad to be posted.

7.       Advertisers assume all liability for the content of their ads and assume all responsibility for any claims against them. Advertising agent and advertisers agree that the agent shall incur no liability by reason of error or omission. Advertising must be related to UpCountry’s topic. UpCountryContractors will not be liable for any work by anyone.

8.       All artwork and files must be received no later than fourteen days prior to the date online advertising is scheduled to begin appearing on the Internet (the posting date). Advetiser must own the artwork.

9.       If an advertiser chooses to cancel, cancellations must be received in writing one week prior to the posting date from the authorized contact person. Refund will be one half of amount paid for the advertisement.

10.   Subsequent periods will be billed at the beginning of each session.

11.   Advertisers are listed in alphabetical order.

12.   Companies/advertisers will be checked through BBB and Chamber of Commerce. We reserve the right to not post or to discontinue any company for which complaints have been lodged.

ADVERTISEMENT DESIGN FEES

If a contractor needs a business card designed or re-designed, or an advertisement that looks different from their business card, or if they want a one page advertisement that is clickable from their business card advertisement or if they want an entire web package, we can do any of those.

Package A

            Scan client’s present business card for use as advertisement or use a graphic that is appropriate size in GIF or JPEG format, supplied by client                             No Design Fee

            Advertisment Fee for twelve months                                                             $350.00

Package B

            Design business card or business-card size advertisement            and                 

                        post advertisement for six months                                                    $350.00

Package C

Design a one page web advertisement (7 inches wide by 8 inches tall):     

with the URL being www.UpCountryContractors.com/category/yourname   and    

post this advertisement to Internet for twelve months                                    $750.00

Package D

Design a one page web advertisement (7 inches wide by 8 inches tall):     

with the URL being www.yourname.com. We design, and then host and register domain name for year. We can renew your domain registration each year.           ........................... $1000.00

Package E

            An entire web site can be designed to showcase your business, with color photographs, testimonials, company information, and work descriptions. Call us for a free consultation. Our sites are priced per page, allowing you a choice of how many pages you need to display your expertise in the construction world. This also allows your to fit your expense to your budget.
